Text Message (SMS) Program Terms

Rogers & Garvie offers an SMS text message service to clients who opt in. When you consent to receive text messages from us, you may receive messages regarding hearing times, appointment and scheduling confirmations, email receipt confirmations, and reminders related to your legal matter. The firm does not send promotional or bulk marketing messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to resume, complete the opt-in process again.
