BUSINESS LAW · REAL PROPERTY · FAMILY LAW · CIVIL LITIGATION
Grant is a University of Wyoming Law graduate who began his career at Davis & Cannon, one of Wyoming’s most respected statewide firms, before returning to Laramie to found this practice. He has spent his entire career learning Wyoming law, Wyoming courts, and Wyoming people — and that investment shows in the work.
“My experience with Grant was nothing short of amazing. He is everything you would want from legal counsel. I was always able to contact him, his rates were very reasonable, and his representation made me feel like I truly had someone in my corner looking out for me and seeking the best outcome possible.”
During law school, Grant interned for Judge Timothy C. Day of the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Teton County, and for the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He also worked with the Albany County Attorney's Office, the Spence Law Firm, and the UW Defender Aid Clinic — a breadth of experience that shaped a practice built on careful analysis and thorough preparation.
Grant handles business transactions and formation, real property matters, family law, and civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Wyoming state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. Clients who work with Grant consistently note his responsiveness, his clarity, and his genuine investment in their outcome.

Thomas Garvie
ATTORNEY & CO-FOUNDER
CRIMINAL DEFENSE · FAMILY LAW · EXPUNGEMENTS · DELAYED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES
Thomas is a Wyoming native and University of Wyoming Law graduate who built his legal foundation where it matters most: in the courtroom. After graduating, he joined the Wyoming Public Defender's Office, where he represented hundreds of individuals with their criminal defense — each facing serious criminal charges, most of them with no other advocate in their corner. That experience shaped everything about how Thomas practices law.
“The experience of working with Thomas Garvie was exceptional! Mr Garvie is an unwavering advocate, always made time to connect/discuss, and for myself and family the most important thing is his ability to listen. We always felt heard. He is an amazing attorney and an amazing person. Would never hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Tom for everything!”
During law school, Thomas served as a Judicial Intern to Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Keith G. Kautz, interned at the Albany County Attorney's Office and the Hirst Applegate Law Firm, and spent his final year as a student-attorney in the College of Law's Defender Aid Clinic. He has seen the criminal justice system from virtually every vantage point — and uses that knowledge every day on behalf of his clients.
Thomas handles criminal defense matters ranging from first-offense DUI and misdemeanor charges to serious felonies. He represents clients in Albany, Laramie, and Natrona counties and throughout Wyoming. His approach is direct: he tells clients what they need to hear, prepares their case with precision, and does not back down when it matters.
